Eligibility For Voting: (Must Be Pre-registered)
All members of OLMF present at the Annual Meeting and that are Pre-registered will be certified for voting upon presenting membership credentials with the Secretary or his designee. There will be no
on-site registration for the Annual Corporate Meeting.
Elections:
Two (2) At-Large members to the Board of Directors will be elected at the Annual Corporate Meeting.
The incumbents whose terms expire and are eligible for re-election are Brothers
Larry A. Brown and Thomas Wallace.
Luncheon Registration:
Members planning to attend the Omega Life Membership Memorial Luncheon must register. The registration fee for this Luncheon is $75.00 per-person, which must be paid by July
8, 2011. This is one of the highlights of the meeting and is highly recommended. Members are encouraged to invite their significant other to the Luncheon. There will be
no on-site registration for the Memorial
Luncheon.
