OLMF is a non-profit corporation granted tax-exempt status under the provisions of 501 (c)3 of the IRS. The IRS has determined that OLMF is a publicly supported foundation and in addition to it being exempt from federal taxes, contributions to the foundation are tax deductible to the donor.
